She was inspired to invite her to the Pro IQ Podcast to talk about how she spearheaded the use of a new innovation in technology in underground mining, as well as her determination to drive diversity and inclusion within the sector.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn 2020, when she was Anglo American\u2019s Underground Digital Transformation Lead, Larnie won the inaugural Maptek Technological Innovation Award at the 2020 Women in Resources Awards.
